Pilates Courses, Workshops and Mentorship
Embarking on your Pilates teacher training is more than learning a repertoire of movements—it’s the beginning of a deeply rewarding journey into understanding the body, elevating your own practice, and developing the skills to guide others with confidence and clarity. Whether you’re seeking a new career, wishing to expand your existing qualifications, or looking to bring Pilates into your work as a movement specialist, this is your opportunity to step into a role that is both fulfilling and impactful.
Discover a range of expertly designed Pilates trainings led by an internationally recognised teacher, including everything from Level 3 Matwork and Reformer Diploma qualifications to specialist programmes such as The Pilates Equestrian Series, The Tower and Cadillac repertoire, and the Wunda Chair. Whether you’re looking to begin your teaching journey or refine your existing skills, each course blends hands-on learning, thoughtful progression and the depth of knowledge that comes from over two decades of elite teaching experience.
Alongside the main qualifications, we also offer focused workshops, a dedicated mentorship programme, and unique training experiences for equestrians wanting to elevate their riding through Pilates. Every course is delivered with our signature supportive approach, empowering you to grow in confidence, deepen your personal practice, and develop the keen eye and insight of an exceptional Pilates instructor.
