Equipment-based Pilates is a particularly suitable choice of ante and post-natal exercise, since it offers a safe, low-impact work out that tones and strengthens the back, stomach and pelvic floor muscles – the very muscles you’ll need in pregnancy.


Our Pregnancy Classes are based on our Classic Class Structure.
