We are now gathering interest pre-launch. If you want to come to the studio please be in touch and help plan our weekly schedules.

For beginners, our Introductory Pilates options are the perfect way to get started. You can choose between Private Classes for one-to-one guidance, or join a Group Intro Course , to learn the fundamentals in a welcoming, supportive environment. Whichever path you choose, we’ll help you build confidence, improve movement, and set a strong foundation for your Pilates journey. If you already have some experience, you may be recommended an Initial Assessment Lesson to help place you in the most suitable group.
