ESSENTIAL

Focusing on the fundamental movements and principles of Pilates. This level is suitable for beginners, those needing more rehab and also post-natal clients.

IMPROVER

Taking the principles further and developing the exercises. This level is a general level. Exercise and difficulty is by the teachersâ€™ choice depending on who is in the class. Exercises are taught with focus on correct alignment and technique.

INTERMEDIATE

A good all-round level with a wide variety of exercises. It’s expected that participants are confident on the reformer and also have gained experience on most of the other types of equipment and props in the studio.

PROFICIENT

A mix of beginner, intermediate and advanced exercises. These are our most advanced classes and you’ll be confident on any of the equipment we have in the studio. The focus is on moving dynamically, with less time spent on analysing the exercises.
