We offer a wide range of Pilates classes to suit all levels and goals, including private sessions, duet (two-person) classes, and group classes. Our group classes range from beginner mat-based to dynamic Reformer sessions, as well as specialist formats like Suspension Pilates, Flow, Pilates for Pregnancy, and classes for Osteoporosis. We also offer machine-based sessions using Reformers, Towers, Chairs and Barrels.

If you're new to Pilates, we recommend starting with either our Private Introductory Course (a 5-session one-to-one program) or our Group Intro Course (a 4-week beginner mat course). All new clients begin with a short Initial Assessment so we can understand your body, movement goals and any injuries, and recommend the right path forward.

We have three studio locations in North London:

We offer flexible pricing depending on the type and frequency of classes you’d like. You can book single sessions or purchase class packs at a discounted rate. Prices vary depending on whether you choose private, duet or group sessions. For example, private sessions start at £60 for a drop-in, with discounted multi-session packs available.

Our instructors are some of the most experienced in North London, with many having taught with us since the late 1990s. We pride ourselves on having a team with diverse expertise, from rehabilitation and injury recovery to advanced conditioning. All our teachers are highly qualified and passionate about helping you move better and feel stronger.
